DentalPay (we, us) provides a tool that helps UK dental associates check their pay statements against their contract. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it.
Who we are
DentalPay is operated as an independent service for UK dental associates. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, used to sign you in by single-use link.
- Information you enter: your contract terms and the pay-statement figures you choose to enter, stored against your account so they sync across your devices.
- Payment data: when you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status, never your card details.
- Technical data: standard server logs and security data from our hosting and network providers.
How we use it
- To provide the service you have asked for (performance of a contract).
- To keep the service secure and working (legitimate interests).
- Regional benchmarks, where offered, are anonymous and opt-in (consent).
Who processes your data
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Stripe — subscription payments.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Cloudflare — network, security and access control.
- Resend — transactional email such as sign-in links.
Retention
We keep your account data and the figures you enter for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your stored figures and contract.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner (ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, email [email protected].
Cookies and security
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in, and no advertising cookies. Access to the figures you enter is restricted to your own account at the database level, and connections are encrypted.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
