Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026

These terms govern your use of DentalPay. By using the service you agree to them.

What DentalPay is, and is not

DentalPay flags possible differences between your pay statement and the figures you enter. It is guidance to help you ask informed questions. It is not financial, tax, legal, employment or accounting advice, and it is not a ruling on what you are owed. Tax figures use simplified UK 2025/26 rates. Always check your associate agreement and speak to a qualified accountant before acting.

Your account

You must be able to form a binding contract to use DentalPay. Sign-in is by single-use email link, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Pro is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other users, or disrupt its operation.

Your data

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The figures you enter remain yours.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update the service or these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
